The Dark Embrace Invitational is an exclusive & collaborative festival between three local breweries at the end of Tampa Bay Beer Week. Cycle, Angry Chair, & Ology have come together to bring you an intimate & exciting event like no other! We are inviting over 50 of the best breweries in the world. We hope those of you who attended our first year had a wonderful experience! This year, we are expanding offsite, but you can expect the same level of experience. Having said that, if you want to enter the fest an hour early, with the most access to beers, we recommend a VIP ticket. Either way you go, there will be beer for all, food vendors on site, merchandise to commemorate our second year, & just a damn good time to be had! This event will be held rain or shine.


VIP tickets

$250 gets you into the fest an hour early from 11AM-4PM with full access to all beers from over 50 world wide breweries. You will receive a commemorative Dark Embrace cup, as well as one GA bottle of our collab between Cycle, Angry Chair, & Ology. You will also get one VIP bottle (Irrefutable Scoop Cake).


General Admission tickets with bottle

$150 gets you into the fest from 12-4PM with full access to all beers from over 50 world wide breweries. You will receive a commemorative Dark Embrace cup, as well as one GA bottle of our collab between Cycle, Angry Chair, & Ology.


Basic Entry

$110 gets you into the fest from 12-4pm with full access to all beers from over 50 worldwide breweries. You will receive a commemorative Dark Embrace cup.


IN PERSON SALES

We’re going to sell a very small (very small) amount of tickets in person at Angry Chair on 11/24/23 at 11am. These sales will be one per person and CASH ONLY. You will receive a physical ticket. This is your ticket to enter the fest. Do not lose it. The Dark Embrace is not responsible for lost tickets.

What breweries will be pouring at the fest?

Who can attend this festival?

The Dark Embrace is a ticketed event. Attendees must be 21+ and IDs will be checked upon entry with your ticket.

When should we show up?

We recommend showing up a half an hour before your entry time so that we can successfully check you in with your ticket & ID. This will give you the most time to enjoy the festival.

What is the parking situation?

Parking for The Dark Embrace Invitational at Perry Harvey Sr Park will be very limited. Please be mindful of the neighbors and businesses surrounding the park. Please utilize a DD, UBER, LYFT, Walk... multiple hours of drinking big stouts is not conducive to driving post-festival.

When do we pick up our bottles?

Due to park regulations, we are unable to distribute bottles on park property. However, very, very close to the park (.2miles) is Late Start Brewing. You will be able to pick up your bottles at their location 1018 E Cass St, Tampa, FL 33602 from 11am -6pm on Saturday 3/9/24. There is no re entry to the festival, once you decide to leave and pick up your bottles, that is it. Your wristband will be your ticket to receive your bottles. We realize that this is not the ideal situation, but we promise this is a short walk and will be a smooth experience. Please be respectful of Late Start Brewing when picking up your bottles.

Will there be food?

Yes. Available for purchase during the event.

Are bottle shares allowed?

No. No outside alcohol will be permitted.

Are tickets transferable?

Yes, for the 2024 Dark Embrace Festival, all tickets will be transferable.

Can I have my designated driver come in free and not drink/receive a bottle?

Unfortunately, no, but we do encourage using rideshare options like Uber & Lyft.

Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately, no. While we love pets, please leave them at home to ensure an enjoyable time for everyone involved.

Will this be in place of Cycle BA Day and/or Angry Chair Super Rad?

Nope! Those respective TBBW parties are still underway at each location, including some new offerings from Ology who will be hosting Parish, Other Half, and more. *check social for details & updates on each*

What beers are breweries bringing?

FIRE.

Will beers run out?

Yes, no really though! It is important to note that VIPs will have an early entry of one hour. If you are worried about missing a specific beer, we highly recommend shooting for a VIP ticket."

I am an International customer. Can I purchase tickets through OZNR?

Yes, tickets to The Dark Embrace Invitational can be purchased Internationally through our OZNR web store https://shop.oznr.com/merchants/ologybrewing/ml/ologybrewing. We recommend creating an OZNR account and inputting payment information ahead of time. This must be accessed via web browser. The OZNR app will not work internationally
